Permitted Uses

You may use our tools to:

• Plan and design Wplace artwork
• Convert images to Wplace-compatible colors
• Create templates for manual placement
• Share planning resources with your team

Strictly Prohibited

You may not use our services to:

Auto-drawing & Automation:

• Automatically place pixels on Wplace
• Create or use bots for automated drawing
• Bypass Wplace's anti-automation measures
• Develop scripts that auto-draw or auto-click

Abuse & Interference:

• Attack, hack, or disrupt our services
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws

Misrepresentation:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate intellectual property rights

User Content & License

Content You Upload

When you use our tools, you may provide:

• Images for color conversion
• Templates for planning
• Feedback and support requests

License You Grant Us

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide our services
• Store content temporarily for tool functionality
• Improve our services (using anonymized/aggregated data)

Your Responsibilities

• Availability: No guarantee of uninterrupted service

No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including:

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
• $100 USD, whichever is lower
